The total number of bedrooms is 28. They are are situated on two floors: 16 large rooms for two people, 6 smaller rooms and 6 single rooms. Access and parking is convenient for cars of all sizes. There are 4 showers and 13 toilets in the building. The hotel is easily accessible for wheelchairs. In th lobby there is a big mural by Baltazar, showing events from the Laxdaela Saga.

The swimmingpool is nicely situated, facing south, 17 metres long and equipped with a hot tub. Fishing licences for Svinavatn are sold at the hotel. A golf course with 9 holes is at Blondos near by.
